Group Notice will be sent 1 day before departure, including tour guide information, schedule, boarding locations etc.
In winter, if the cruise ship does not operate, we will refund the cruise ticket fees (€22.80/adult, €11.40/child aged 6–17, free for children under 6). You can take the cable car to the top of [JennerBahn] at your own expense instead.
The normal working hours of the driver are 10 hours, and the overtime fee is €50/hour (shared equally among the participants). In accordance with the European Passenger Operation Qualification Management Regulations, drivers are not allowed to work more than 12 hours. Thank you for your cooperation.
